Mint and Walnut Chutney (Doon and Pudini Chatin)


Preparation time – 10mts
Cooking time – 5 mts
Serve – 4 people

Ingredients:


Fresh Mint – 1 Cup
Walnut / Akhrot – 4 walnuts broken and soaked in water for ½ an hour.
Curd - 3 Tbs
Raw Red Chilli – 2 cut into pieces
Salt as per taste

Method of preparation:

Remove walnuts from water and put all the ingredients in a blending jar.
Blend it into a fine paste.
It tastes best with cold rice.
You can refrigerate it in an airtight jar for a week.

Ingredients:


Fresh Mint – 1 Cup
Onion/Pyaz – 1 cut into small pieces
Whole Red Chilli – 2 (soaked in water for ½ an hour)
Anardana – ¼ cup(soaked in water for half an hour)
Salt as per taste



Method of preparation:

Put all the ingredients in a blending jar.
Blend it into a fine paste.
You can refrigerate it in an airtight jar for a week.

Note – Anardhana should be of good quality. It should not be sweet.

Sweet and Sour Mango and Mint Chutney ( Khati Mithi Aam aur
Pudhiney Ki Chutney)


Preparation time – 10mts
Cooking time – 5 mts
Serve – 4 people

Ingredients:

Raw  Mango– 2 cut into
small pieces
Mint /Pudhina – ¼th Cup
Onion – ½ cut into pieces
Fennel / Saunf seeds – 1Tbs
Black Pepper – 5-6 pods
Green Chilli – 2 cut into small pieces
Jaggery/ Gud – 1 ½ Tbs
Salt as per taste

Method of preparation:

Put all the ingredients in a blending jar.
Blend it into a fine paste.
You can refrigerate it in
an airtight jar for a week.
